Crazy Ideas

No idea what spawned it or how long it'll last-- but all of a sudden I felt driven to write anonymously again.  I don't know that I have anything in particular to say really.  I suppose the first time I gave this a shot it was with a desperate fervor, searching for something with gimmicks or miracles to get things back on track.  I'm not a patient person, by nature.

But, maybe if I write because I want to, explore as if it's not about getting things perfect and take the time to really look at myself, it'll work out better this time around.

Not for you (no offense), but for me.  Isn't that what they say?  Then again-- if this really was just for me, would I be posting it up for the world to see?

I think I hope that someday, I'll have something truly important to say.  In the meantime, I can rehearse with minor topics saying things the right way-- so that when the time comes to say something truly important, the words will lucidly flow with the ease of practice and purpose.

Somehow I never was notified of your comment. I'm glad to be back, though feeling far more cautious this time.

Things are good though-- a better place to begin again I think. You?

Also, as a side note, in catching up with your blog I thought to myself--I'm not sure that I need to write, because she's kind of covered it all for me and said it much better in the process. I may need to do some linkage to some of your posts fo sho.

Hi Ally--

Thanks! I'm glad to be back.

On another note-- as we have similar literary interests I believe-- have you got any new book recommendations? We're moving so I'm spending lots of time packing up boxes and am craving something fresh to listen to during the process.

Of course, I might just listen to the Outlander series from the beginning... AGAIN. :)

Hmmm.... you know ever since I finished the seventh Outlander book I've been a little lost....where to go now? I know Diana wrote books that are from Lord John's perspective.. I haven't read them yet though. If I think of anything else I'll let you know.
